Mitel phones are installed in each office. All university-owned computers have Mitel Connect software installed on them to work with the phone.

Most of our daily tasks will be accounted for during our Discovery Workshops, but there may be some special features or processes that affect you or your department and aren’t widely known to the rest of us.
