Overview
Mitel phones are installed in each office. All university-owned computers have Mitel Connect software installed on them to work with the phone. The Mitel Connect software can also be set up as a "softphone" allowing phone functionality from your computer.
Phone and voicemail requests should be directed to HES Facilities Management via NetFacilities. More information is available here.
