Phones & Voicemail

Overview

Mitel phones (formerly ShoreTel) are installed in each office. All University owned computers have Mitel Connect (formerly ShoreTel Connect) software installed on them to work with the phone. The Mitel Connect software can also be set up as a "softphone" allowing phone functionality from your computer.

This service is used to submit requests for:

  • Phone setup
  • Voicemail setup and password resets
  • Mitel Connect installation and password resets
  • Softphone setup and use
  • General phone issues

This service is available for faculty and staff
