Getting Help with Your Account

Overview

Your AU account is created during an automated process. Login information is provided to students during the admissions process and to employees during the onboarding process. ITS can provide you with login information and reset passwords once we have verified your identity.

AU has partnered with Okta, a leading Identity and Access Management company, to provide our community with easier, faster, and more secure ways to log in to the multiple applications we all use on a daily basis. ITS is available to help if you are having trouble with Okta.

This service is available for students, faculty, staff, and anyone else with an AU account.

How to Request Help

To request help, please click the Request Service button on the right. 

What to Expect

After making a request, you can expect someone from ITS to contact you within our normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 am - 4 pm.
