Aiding system users as they encounter difficulties and faults when using PeopleSoft.
PeopleSoft Support involves troubleshooting the causes of problems that end users encounter when using the system. It involves the assessment of system code, configuration and user actions to determine the root cause of the issue the user is facing. Such troubleshooting may require working with Oracle support staff to determine a resolution.
