To reduce the bandwidth needed to load your class in Kaltura Virtual Classroom, we recommend switching to Webinar Mode whenever you don't need to see your students. This is also useful when Kaltura Virtual Classroom is loading slowly in your browser.

Adjunct faculty have access to their AU accounts 3 weeks prior to the start of their teaching assignment and lose access 3 months after the end of their teaching assignment. If a department chair or dean determines that the adjunct should have access beyond these dates, they or a designated department administrator can authorize an account extension in AccessAU.
