Converting Pictures into a PDF and Submitting them as an Assignment Submission (for Windows)

Overview

Students can use a computer to combine pictures and save them as a PDF and then Upload the PDF into Canvas as an Assignment Submission. Looking for the Mac version of this article? 

Instructions

  1. Locate all of your picture and move them to the same location
    1. Make sure the pictures are facing the correct orientation (not facing sideways or upside down)
    2. If pictures are upside down or sideways, right click on them and choose Rotate Left or Rotate Right until the picture is facing the correct orientation
  2. If you want the pictures to be in a certain order, rename them so that their name(s) have a number in them (the picture to PDF conversion will be in sequential order)
  3. Highlight all of the pictures and Right click on them and choose Print
  4. Under Printer, choose Microsoft Print to PDF
  5. Press the Print button below (this will combine the pictures and convert them into a PDF). 
  6. Open Canvas and go to the Assignment
  7. Click Start Assignment
    1. Drag & Drop your PDF or use the File Picker to locate the PDF 
  8. Click the blue Submit Assignment button
