Overview
Zoom Recordings can be loaded to your Canvas Media Gallery. This allows all users in the course to view the recordings. To do this you need to enter into a Media Course Gallery and Choose + Add Media and find the Zoom Video you wish to upload into Media Gallery
Uploading Zoom Video To the course Media Gallery
Step 1: Go to a course and select Media Gallery and choose +Add Media
Step 2: Select Media Upload
Step 3: Drag the video file from Zoom into the area on the screen or manually upload it. The default location for a Zoom Recordings are:
- PC: C:\Users\User Name\Documents\Zoom
- Mac: /Users/User Name/Documents/Zoom
Step 4: Name the video file and wait for it to upload. Optionally you can add a description and metadata tags.
Step 5: After the video is uploaded, click Save to publish the video to your Course Media Gallery. All users will be able to see the video if they click on the course Media Gallery.
Finding the Video on the Computer
Step 1: Navigate to the Zoom Folder. C:\Users\YOURUSERNAMEHERE\Documents\Zoom
Step 2: Select the folder that has the Zoom video you wish to upload to Canvas
Step 3: Upload the MP4 Video file into Media Gallery
