Finding a PlayStation MAC Address

PlayStation 4 (PS4)

  1. Start your PlayStation 4 without a disk in the drive.
  2. Select the Settings icon.
  3. Select System on the Settings menu.
  4. Select System Information on the System menu.
  5. You will two MAC addresses: one for LAN Cable (ethernet) and one for Wi-Fi. The format will be a set of six 2-digit pairs separated by colons (for example, 00:00:00:00:00:00). ITS will need the Wi-Fi MAC address if you are trying to connect wirelessly or the LAN Cable MAC address if you're connecting via an ethernet cable.
  6. Once you have your MAC address, submit a Raven Media service request to finish the process of connecting your PS4.

PlayStation 3 (PS3)

  1. Select Settings on the PS3 Home Menu.
  2. Select System Settings.
  3. Select System Information.
  4. You will two MAC addresses: one for LAN Cable (ethernet) and one for Wi-Fi. The format will be a set of six 2-digit pairs separated by colons (for example, 00:00:00:00:00:00).
