Finding a PlayStation MAC Address

PlayStation 4 (PS4)
- Start your PlayStation 4 without a disk in the drive.
- Select the Settings icon.
- Select System on the Settings menu.
- Select System Information on the System menu.
- You will two MAC addresses: one for LAN Cable (ethernet) and one for Wi-Fi. The format will be a set of six 2-digit pairs separated by colons (for example, 00:00:00:00:00:00). ITS will need the Wi-Fi MAC address if you are trying to connect wirelessly or the LAN Cable MAC address if you're connecting via an ethernet cable.
- Once you have your MAC address, submit a Raven Media service request to finish the process of connecting your PS4.

- Select Settings on the PS3 Home Menu.
- Select System Settings.
- Select System Information.
