Overview
Students living on campus have access to Raven Media to use for streaming video, gaming, and working while in their dorm rooms.

This service is available for students living on campus.
How to Request Help
IMPORTANT: Prior to filling out your request, you will need to locate the Media Access Control (MAC) address. The format will be a set of six 2-digit pairs separated by colons (for example, 00:00:00:00:00:00). The MAC address can include only the numbers 0-9 and letters A-F. Please remember to list the colons when you submit your MAC Address. See our collection of articles "Finding Your MAC Address" for more information.
