Overview
Instructors can change their profile picture in their Kalura Virtual Classroom by going to Newrow (the platform that hosts the Virtual Classroom). After starting a Virtual Classroom Session, the user needs to open up a new tab and go to smart.newrow.com, and click on the profile picture icon to change the profile picture.
Instructions
Open up a Canvas Course navigate to Media Gallery and click the Green Start Meeting button
After the meeting has started, open up a new tab and navigate to smart.newrow.com. This will open up your Virtual Classroom Dashboard.
Click:"Profile"
Click the profile image to select a new profile image.
Choose the image you want set as the new profile image and click Open. This will load in the new profile image.
