Overview
This service is to request service for an email account that is not tied to an individual (ex. technology@anderson.edu). Email accounts not associated with an individual are delegated to account representatives. Instead of logging into these accounts with the email address and a password, account representatives log into their AU email and select the account from a list.
New email account requests must come from a current faculty or staff member, although students may be granted delegated access.
Audience
This service is available for faculty, staff, and students with delegated access.

What to Expect
After a request is made, you can expect someone from ITS to contact you within our normal business hours.
