Overview
AutoFile is software that can be used in conjunction with SoftDocs. It is an additional way to scan documents into the system.
Instructions
To install AutoFile to a user's machine follow the instructions below:
- Open file explorer
- Browse to \\10.130.70.233\E$
- Open SoftDocs
- Select Deployment
- Select AutoFile Client
- You will also need to open the notepad document to get the Connection String to insert once the program has been installed
- Follow the prompts to install the software
- When the installation is completed, a box will come up that asks for the Connection String, copy the top line from the notepad and paste it into the box. Select OK
- AutoFile should now open
