Checking the Status of Your Request


You can quickly view the status of your ticket(s) by logging into Raven Solutions.

How do I check the status of my ticket?

  1. Go to the Raven Solutions Home page.

  2. If you do not see your name in the screen's top right corner, click the Sign In link to log in.

  3. Your ticket(s) summary will be displayed on the home page. View the Status column.

  4. To see more details for a ticket, including the ticket's description and any comments made on the ticket, click on the ticket title. This will take you to a detailed view of the ticket.

Can't find your ticket?

  1. If your ticket does not display on your Home page, click View all under the Status column

  2. On this screen, you can search for your ticket. For example, if you have a lot of open tickets, use the Created field to narrow down your search. To see if a ticket has been marked as Completed or Cancelled, change the Status Class field to include those statuses.

  3. Click Search.

  4. If you cannot find your ticket, contact ITS.
