Overview
Some users have reported that AccessAU will not load when they are trying to log in and instead delivers a white blank page while the address bar refreshes in an attempt to load the page. This appears to be an issue primarily when using Google Chrome to log in to AccessAU, although it does not appear to be related to a specific version of the software, and there are just as many Google Chrome users who are not experiencing the problem. This article presents two solutions.
Solution 1: Use Firefox
Firefox is the recommended browser for AccessAU. Firefox is a free download from Mozilla. If Firefox is not installed on your computer, you can download it here: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/browsers/
Solution 2: Update Flag in Chrome
- In Chrome, type
chrome://flags
in the address bar and hit Enter.
- Search for Origin-keyed Agent Clusters by default
- Change the option from Default to Disabled and restart the browser.
