Scheduling a Meeting via Zoom
If you would prefer to schedule a meeting in advance, you can use Zoom's scheduling function to do so. Meetings can also be set to be recurring if desired. Here's a quick video on scheduling a meeting.

The best way to run Zoom is through the Google Chrome web browser. With Chrome open, type anderson.zoom.us in your address bar. This will take you to Anderson's Zoom homepage. Here, you can join a meeting, host a meeting, and configure your account through Zoom.
