New Employee Accounts & Permissions

Overview

Employee accounts for accessing general university resources are created automatically after the required onboarding tasks are completed in Paycom. This service request does not create new accounts. Instead, it is used to request elevated permissions for access to specific university systems and administrative records. These permissions cannot be granted until the employee account has been generated through the automated process.

Audience

This service is available for supervisors and administrative support staff involved in the hiring process of standard university employees. Please see the Student Worker Accounts request form for student employees.
