Overview
The majority of classrooms at AU have a simple technology set-up. Sometimes emergencies occur and ITS staff members are dedicated to responding immediately to assist you. Use this form for us to send someone to your classroom immediately. Since you are reporting a classroom emergency, ITS staff will interrupt the class in progress to fix the issue.

How to Request Help
To request help, please click the Report a Classroom Emergency button on the right. We will need to know the nature of the issue, the building/classroom number. Since you are reporting a classroom emergency, ITS staff will interrupt the class in progress to fix the issue.
What to Expect
After a request is made for emergency classroom support, you can expect ITS to immediately come to the classroom to fix the situation.
