Overview
ITS provides audio/visual equipment for checkout and delivery on campus for faculty and staff. Equipment available includes:
- Projectors
- Projector screens
- Video cameras
- Portable speakers
- Microphones
- Document Camera
- Adapters

How to Request Equipment
To request equipment for checkout, please click the Request Equipment button on the right. Be prepared to provide:
- Equipment requested
- When you will need the equipment
- Whether you will pick up the equipment or we need to deliver it
- If we are delivering, where it needs to be delivered
- When the equipment is expected to be returned
What to Expect
After a request is made, you can expect someone from ITS to contact you within our normal business hours to ask follow-up questions and confirm your registration if the equipment is available.
- Equipment can be picked up in Decker 45 (Instructional Resource Center).
- Equipment being delivered will be brought to your requested location at the date and time you specify. Our technicians will pick-up the equipment after your event is finished.
