Overview
Due to life events, users may need to make changes to their user accounts. ITS allows the change of user name and email address. The first step is to have your name officially changed with the University. Student name changes are initiated in the Office of the University Registrar. Faculty/Staff name changes are initiated in the Office of Work Life Engagement. Once ITS receives official notification, we will work with the user to make the account changes.

How to Request Help
Students should contact the Office of the University Registrar by calling 765.641.4160 or visiting their offices located on the second floor of Decker Hall.
Faculty/Staff should contact the Office of Work Life Engagement by calling 765.641.4132 or visiting their offices located on the first floor of Decker Hall.
What to Expect
After a request is made, you can expect to be contact by ITS. This process is usually completed within a few days. In order to verify that your new logins work, you will need to be available by phone or in person when the changes are made.
