On the 3DS got to Network settings, new connection, manual set up, Search for access point. "Raven Media" as the name, "ravenlife" for the password. The connection will fail to connect to the internet. Continue, then press change settings. Go to DNS on the next page and erase all of the current numbers to type in "6.6.6.6" for the primary and "8.8.8.8" for the secondary, save, and test connection. This should get you connected to the internet.
If Raven Media does not show up:
(Capitalization does matter here, so does spaces)
Network settings, new connection, manual set up, manual set up > SSID: "Raven Media" as the name, Security: WPA2-PSK(AES) and "ravenlife" for the password then go to DNS on the next page and erase all of the current numbers to type in "6.6.6.6" and "8.8.8.8", save, and test connection. This should get you connected to the internet.
If this does not work, they'll need to come to us for further testing.
