From the main menu, navigate to My Xbox > System Settings > Network Settings > Configure Network.
Select the Additional Settings and then Alternate Mac Address.
At the bottom of this screen, you will find the MAC addresses for the wired and wireless network. The format will be a set of six 2-digit pairs separated by colons (for example, 00:00:00:00:00:00). ITS will need the Wi-Fi Address if you are trying to connect wirelessly or the Ethernet Address if you're connecting via an ethernet cable.
