Saving a Fillable PDF

Overview

Simply saving a fillable PDF will not save what you've typed into the fields. The easiest way around actually uses the print option in any program to save a completed copy.

Instructions

1. Fill out the fillable PDF in an internet browser, Adobe Acrobat, or Preview.
2. When you have completed the form, click the Print button for the program you're using.
3. In the Print menu that appears, there will be a destination for your print job. This will usually be a printer, but you need to change the destination to Save to PDF.
4. Depending on the program, you will then click with the Save button or the Print button. This will pop-up a menu that will allow you to name and save the PDF.
