Sharing a Google Calendar

By default, other Anderson University email users can see your calendar availability (event names and details are not visible). Use the following instructions if you would like to invite a specific person to have access to your calendar beyond seeing your availability, including seeing calendar details or managing aspects of your schedule.

  1. Open Google Calendar in a web browser.
  2. In the calendar list on the left, click the three dots next to the calendar name (Your name for your primary calendar) and select Settings and Sharing.
  3. Scroll down to the Share with specific people section and click the + Add People button.
  4. Enter the email address or name of the person.
  5. Select the Permission level for that person.
  6. Click the Send button to send an email notification to the person about their access to your calendar.
