The Benefit of Logging Into Raven Solutions
Although it is not necessary to view most articles and services, we recommend that you log into Raven Solutions before browsing the Knowledge Base or Service Catalog. Logging in allows you to save and view your favorite services and prevents you from having to log in later if you decide to submit a request. It also ensures that you can view all of the information to which you have access.
Everyone with an active AU network account can sign in to Raven Solutions.
How do I log in to Raven Solutions?
- Click on the Sign In link in the top right corner of the screen.
- Enter your AU username and password (same as OKTA)
- Click Sign In.
Your name should now appear in the top right corner to indicate that you are now logged into Raven Solutions.
