How to fill and sign a PDF form

Adobe DC Pro allows users to modify PDF files directly on their machines and route them to other departments. 


  1. Open the .pdf document in Acrobat DC.
  2. Click the "Fill & Sign" tool in the right pane.
  3. Fill out the form:
    • Click on a text field and begin typing. You can choose to save your data for use in the future.
  4. Sign your form:
    • Click "Sign" in the toolbar at the top of the page. Then draw, type, or choose an image for your signature. Then click "Apply" to place your signature on the form.
  5. Send your form:
    • After you have filled the form, you can share the PDF with others. To share the form, follow the steps below:
      • In the Fill and Sign toolbar, click Next.
      • Choose: Get a link, send a copy, or request signature.
