Under Quick Links, you will see a link to Install Creative Cloud app. If you get a message that you may need to request access from ITS, simply select OK. Depending on your machine, you may need to allow Adobe to make changes to your machine. A box will pop up to begin the installation of Creative Cloud, select Continue. A new browser will open and confirm that you are signed in, feel free to close that window and go back to the window with Creative Cloud. Select Start Installing. Adobe will being to install, please be sure to leave that window open until the install is complete.

Troubleshooting

CREATIVE CLOUD APP - ONLY TRIALS

Sometimes when running the Creative Cloud app programs such as Photoshop or Acrobat DC will show "Start Trial" instead of "Install". This can occurr if you have registered an Adobe Personal Account using your school email address prior to being set up through ITS. In order to fix this you will need to do the following:

  1. Click the blue circle icon on the upper right of Creative Cloud and sign out of your account
  2. On the log in page that appears sign back in with your @anderson.edu email
  3. When prompted to select the blue PERSONAL or orange WORK or SCHOOL account select WORK or SCHOOL
  4. After signing in the license should update and show "Install" for all programs
