Overview

This service is to request a new generic user and/or email account.

The use of generic accounts is strongly discouraged. However, there are times when they are required. All generic accounts are treated as employee accounts and will fall under the same restrictions. These requests must come from a current faculty or staff member.

How to Request Help

To request help, please click the Request Service button on the right. 

What to Expect

After a request is made, you can expect for a member of ITS to contact the faculty or staff person that requested the account.
