Getting Started with Student Printing

Printing on Campus

Multi-functional devices that print, copy, and scan are available to students across campus including in the Nicholson Library and Decker Commons (bottom floor of Decker). Printers are also available in most of the computer labs on campus.

  • All students have accounts to use these devices that are connected to both your AU network username and password and your student ID card.
  • To print to these devices, you will need to have money in your print account.
  • Each semester, undergraduate students start with $15.00 in their print account.
  • At the end of the semester, print account balances are reset to $15.00.
  • Students can check their print account balance by logging into http://papercut.anderson.edu.
  • Additional money can be added to your account in the Nicholson Library at the information desk.

Printing Costs

  • Black and white printing is 4 cents per page; 6 cents per duplex (front and back) page.
  • Color printing is 20 cents; per page; 36 cents duplex (front and back) page.
