Overview
The Student First Admin Portal provides faculty and staff with access to vital student information and records. Access to the data is limited based on the faculty or staff member's role at the university, providing them with enough information to fulfill their role while protecting data effectively. Not all staff members will have access to Student First. Questions regarding access to Student First can be submitted as an ITS Service Request.
Instructions
The first time a user logs in to the Student First Admin Portal, they need to connect their account to Okta. Here's how:
- Log in to Okta and click on the Student First: Admin Portal tile.
- Click Anderson SSO.

- Enter your Email Address and click the Send verification code button.

- In a different tab, go to your AU email and look for an email with the subject line "Silverleaf Systems B2C account email verification code" and copy the 6-digit code.

- Go back to the tab for Student First, enter your verification code, and click the Verify code button. Fill out your Given Name (first name) and Surname (last name) and click Continue to finish setting up your account.

Once your account has been set up, you will be automatically logged into Student First each time you click the Student First: Admin Portal tile in Okta.
