Information Technology Services is aware of an email phishing scam that invites the recipient to fill out a 2020 Faculty Evaluation form. The link in the email typically leads to a document stored in a cloud service (for example, Google Docs). Clicking the document prompts the recipient to provide a User ID or email address and password. The scam may include a “From” address that mimics an AU email address, although in the most recent cases of this type of phishing attempt the email is a random gmail address.
