Raven Recommendations: Digital Suggestion Box

Overview

Raven Recommendations is our digital suggestion box form that allows employees to quickly and easily share specific problem areas that you see and propose suitable solution ideas. The form will outline the goal and format for this process. Once suggestions are submitted, they will go directly to the Director of Work Life Engagement.

This service is available for all faculty and staff.

How to Request Help

To request help, please click the Submit Raven Recommendation button on the right. 

What to Expect

The suggestion box will be monitored for responses quarterly during the months of January, April, July, and October. The Work Life Engagement team will then work to evaluate all suggestions based on governmental and institutional requirements as well as through the lens of the university's mission, vision, values, and strategic plan. Then our team will begin a process of moving the suggestion through the proper channels toward departmental discussions, and if approved, toward implementation.
