Use this form to request additions or changes to any calendar that is found on our website as well as the calendar on our student app.  You will be able to add your details and a photo directly into the calendar.  Once it is approved, it will appear on the website and/or student app.  We will also pull events and information from these submissions and will include them in our Weekly Update email that is sent out to all faculty and staff. 

If you need to submit multiple events, it is best if you complete the form for each one so you can add the information and a photo that is specific to each event.  


This service is available to anyone hosting university events, including faculty, staff, and student leaders.

How to Request Help

To request this service, please click the Calendar Request button on the right. You will be redirected to our Anderson University Events calendar submission form.

What to Expect

After your request is made, the Office of Marketing and Communication is notified and must approve your submission before it is posted.  We'll check your event for spelling, grammar, AU style, and content.  We will make any necessary changes and will contact you if we have any questions.  Once it is approved, it will appear on the calendar.
