Overview

If you have or want an AU-related social media account, meet with your Marketing and Communication team so we can collaborate with you!  We can help you think through your options and provide tips for running a successful platform.  We can help with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, TikTok, and more.

        

We would love to talk with you about:  

  • opening a new account
  • closing an account you are not maintaining
  • maintaining, posting, and best practices
  • how to handle duplicate accounts
  • AU guidelines for accounts and posts  

 

**NOTE:  Suggestions for social media posts should be made under "Event Promotion" or "News Promotion".

Audience

This service is available to faculty and staff.  It is also available to students who may be handling AU related social media accounts on behalf of a university team or department.

How to Request Help

To request this service, please click the Social Media Consult button on the right. 

What to Expect

After your request is made, you can expect someone from the Office of Marketing and Communication to contact you within normal business hours.  

You can always check the status of your request by clicking the Check Your Requests button found throughout Raven Solutions.
