Introduction to Google Hangouts Meet Video Conferencing

Overview

Google Meet is our preferred Video Conferencing platform. After you have signed in to your anderson.edu Gmail account, you will be able to access Google Meet features such as: 

• Google Meet works on Windows and Mac
• Schedule impromptu  meetings in advance from the Google Meet Page
• Schedule meetings and send out invites from Google Calendar
• Get a dial-in number for the conference call for people using a traditional telephone/conference phone
• Share your screen (pressing the Present now button in the lower right)
• Invite people outside of the anderson.edu domain 

Android, IOS apps are available for free from their respective app stores.
