Can you believe it? The start of the semester is just around the corner! The Instructional Resource Center in ITS wants to update you on some exciting changes in Canvas and Kaltura. We’re returning to our in-person workshops this year, but we will also be providing some on-demand training that you can do remotely as well.
What's New in Canvas
The team at Instrucutre is constantly making small improvements to ensure that Canvas is a relevant and distinctive learning management system. In this session, we will focus on some of the changes to Canvas from this year and talk about some of the future enhancements that you can expect.

Making the Switch to New Quizzes
Have you tried New Quizzes in Canvas? Instructure started over from scratch in developing New Quizzes to create a more dynamic testing experience for students and instructors. Come join us in learning how to make the transition to New Quizzes. Please note: The original quiz tool in Canvas will be turned heading into the sunset during the summer of 2022.

We introduced Kaltura last summer in the midst of a global pandemic. Now, we’re excited to see how we can use this as we return to a more “in-person” environment. Come join us to learn about some of the new features in Kaltura including a new analytics page for your virtual classroom.
