Can't Find My MAC Address

Overview

Occasionally, ITS will need to know the Media Access Control (MAC) address of your device in order to assist you. The format will be a set of six 2-digit pairs separated by colons (for example, 00:00:00:00:00:00). The MAC address will include only the numbers 0-9 and letters A-F. Our collection of articles "Finding Your MAC Address" has step-by-step information on how to find your MAC address. If you're still unable to find it, please let us know and we will guide you through the process.
