Anderson University uses a Third Party vendor for all printers. ICC Business should be contacted with any issues related to the printers.

How to Request Help
To request help, please contact ICC Business Solutions. Each printer has a sticker on it with information about how to contact them. When submitting an issue, please be sure to include the 6 digit number at the bottom of the sticker.
What to Expect
After a request is made, you can expect someone from ICC to contact you within their normal business hours.
