Overview
Faculty, staff, and students have access to Google Workspace for Education with their AU email. Google Workspace includes the following popular Google apps:
- Gmail
- Google Calendar
- Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms)
- Google Meet
- YouTube
Each Google App has a link to Help that will direct you to self-service help guides. ITS recommends that users try to seek help through Google's help guides prior to putting in a ticket.
