If you have lost your groups or contacts, you can try to restore your contacts to a previous time (up to 29 days prior). Instructions are below to walk you through this:
1. Log into your AU email.
2. Click on Mail and then Contacts at the top left of your email.
3. Click on More.
4. Choose Restore contacts.
5. Select the time-frame you want to restore back to. NOTE: You might lose any contacts that you added after the point you are restoring to.
6. Click Restore.
