I'm having problems installing or using the health screening mobile app (Glide Pass).

Overview

Anderson University announced a partnership with Daon, a global leader in biometrics, in June 2020. The Anderson University campus community will be using Glide Pass, a health screening solution by Daon, to prevent the spread of COVID-19 cases on campus. The Glide Pass application allows each student, faculty, and staff to obtain a valid pass to access Anderson University campus facilities. This app is one of many measures we will be taking as a campus community to address public health and safety against the coronavirus.

Installation instructions and an FAQ about the health screening app are available at https://anderson.edu/coronavirus/mobile-app/. Please follow the instructions under the Using Glide Pass heading to install the app. Additional troubleshoot is available online on the My Glide Pass Help Center.

What Do I Do Now?

If you are having problems installing or using the health screening mobile app, please click the Request Service button on the right. Your form submission will be routed to the appropriate person on the AU Together team.

What Can I Expect Next?

After a request is made, you can expect someone from ITS to contact you within our normal business hours.
