Team Viewer for Remote Support

Overview

Team Viewer allows ITS to troubleshoot computer problems remotely. Users will need to download and install Team Viewer (follow the guide here). Please note: Installing Team View does not automatically connect you to ITS for support. We will often ask you to use Team Viewer while we are on the phone call or video conference with you. Use this service if you are proactively installing Team View and are having problems with installing the software.

Audience

This service is available for faculty, staff, and students.

How to Request Help

To request help, please click the Request Service button on the right. 

What to Expect

After a request is made, you can expect someone from ITS to contact you within our normal business hours.
