Finding an AppleTV MAC Address

Information on how to locate the MAC (Media Access Control) Address for your AppleTV device.

1. From the main menu, select the Settings icon.
2. Click on About or Network (this will vary based on device generation).
3. You will find two MAC addresses: one for the wired network (Ethernet Address) and one for wireless (Wi-Fi Address). The format will be a set of six 2-digit pairs separated by colons (for example, 00:00:00:00:00:00). ITS will need the Wi-Fi Address if you are trying to connect wirelessly or the Ethernet Address if you're connecting via an ethernet cable.
4. Once you have your MAC address, submit a Raven Media service request to finish the process of connecting your AppleTV.
