Finding a Roku Player MAC Address

Option 1

1. The MAC address should be on the bottom or back of your Roku. The format will be a set of six 2-digit pairs separated by colons (for example, 00:00:00:00:00:00).
2. Once you have your MAC address, submit a Raven Media service request to finish the process of connecting your Roku.

Option 2

1. From the Roku home screen, select Settings > About. The MAC address will be listed on the screen with the format of six 2-digit pairs separated by colons (for example, 00:00:00:00:00:00).
2. Once you have your MAC address, submit a Raven Media service request to finish the process of connecting your Roku.
