Ask Your Instructor
Questions relating to the content and assignments posted in your Canvas course should first be addressed with your instructor. It may be that your instructor has not posted something or has a setting that needs to be changed.
Canvas Guides & Videos
The Canvas Student Guide provides students with step-by-step instructions for a variety of topics in Canvas. Canvas provides a number of videos dealing with common issues in Canvas.
ITS Knowledge Base & Help Desk
The ITS Knowledge Base contains articles about things in Canvas that are unique to AU in the category Canvas for Students. Any additional questions you have about Canvas can be addressed by ITS staff by submitting a ticket on the Canvas (Students) service page.
