Start a New Meeting

  1. Go to https://meet.google.com
  2. If you aren't already signed in, do so using your AU email. It will prompt you to sign in via Okta.
  3. Click New meeting. Choose one of the following options:
    • Create a meeting for later
    • Start an instant meeting
    • Schedule in Google Calendar
  4. Share the meeting link with participants.
