Summary
The Start Meeting button can appear to be missing from a Canvas course. Fortunately, it's really easy to re-enable the virtual classroom. To re-enable the virtual classroom: navigate to Media Gallery > Channel Actions > Enable Newrow Live Room; Save the changes and go back to the Media gallery.

Overview
If the Enter Room button is missing, it is likely because the Kaltura Virtual Classroom feature hasn't been enabled in the Media Gallery settings for this specific course. Enabling the virtual classroom takes less than a minute.
Instructions
Step 1: Open the course Media Gallery and choose Channel Actions
Step 2: Select Edit
Step 3: Check box labelled, "Enable Newrow Live Room"
Step 4: Press the Save Button
Step 5: Click Back to "Media Gallery"
The Start Meeting Button will now appear in the top right corner of the Media Gallery page.
