Overview
In an effort to bolster the professional development efforts of AU's faculty and staff, ITS welcomes requests for training by individuals and departments. Topics include:
- Google products (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Maps)
- Canvas (including add-ons like Akindi and EvaluationKIT
- QuestionPro survey tool
- Security Awareness training
ITS is available to provide training on additional tools or may recommend third-party training when appropriate.

This service is available for faculty and staff.
How to Request Training
To request training, please click the Request Training button on the right. Be prepared to tell us who needs the training (individual or group), what training is needed, and when training needs to be completed.
What to Expect
After a request is made, you can expect someone from ITS to contact you within our normal business hours.
